The indemnity provided by this policy will not be invalidated by reason of any breach of warranty or condition of this policy (including use of insured property in a manner or for a purpose excluded by the exceptions to this policy) where the breach occurs without the knowledge of the Insured’s insurance manager (or equivalent). This condition does not invalidate the Underwriters right of subrogation.
