1. It is noted and agreed that notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary the following definitions will apply:-
“Flight and Launching” means from the time commencing when the aircraft begins to move forward during the launching operation, or attempt thereat, and continuing thereafter until the aircraft ceases to travel forward under its own momentum after making contact with the ground.
“Ground” means whilst the aircraft is exposed to hazards covered by this Policy which are not either as to nature or as to time included under the definition of “Flight and Launching”.
“Transportation” means all periods during which the Glider is in, being unloaded into or unloaded from a specifically constructed glider trailer except coverage will extend to include circumstances where such a glider trailer cannot reasonably be used.
2. Emergency or removal costs as a result of a forced landing are not covered
3. Exclusion 4 in Section 4A of this policy is deleted.
All other terms, conditions and limitations remain unaltered.
