This is confirmation that your Aircraft is / are covered for the extended Geographical Limits as agreed subject to the following provisions:-
1. The Aircraft must have New Zealand Registration.
2. Flights may only be non-commercial flights which do not involve any carriage of passengers or cargo for reward and which is not gratuitous carriage by Aircraft performed by an air transport undertaking.
3. There must be not more than six persons on board that is, five passengers and the pilot.
4. No passenger liability cover for bodily injury shall apply whether in respect of a person ordinarily resident in New Zealand or otherwise.
5. Deductible - NZD 5,000 each and every loss.
6. The absence from New Zealand must not exceed 45 days on any one trip.
Any variation from above must be agreed in writing by us.
